Group classes are run in blocks. It is your responsibility to attend all the classes in the block. I’m sorry but we cannot offer refunds or discounts for missed classes, nor can missed classes be carried over into subsequent blocks. If you do miss a class we will try, where possible, to accommodate you in an alternative appropriate class within the same block.
Your space in a class is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Cancellation of Booking Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of a new block of classes will be refunded in FULL
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of a new block of classes will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made after the start of a new block of classes – NO REFUNDS
Private sessions can be paid for individually, or booked and paid for in advance to take advantage of the ‘six for the price of five’ offer. Block sessions are valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase. Any sessions not used within six months will expire.
We require at least 24hours notice should you wish to change or amend a booking for a private session. Late cancellations or amendments will be charged at their full rate.
Client Registration forms & Suitability of Classes
We ask every new client to complete a New Client Registration Form. This gives us some information about you, your lifestyle and any medical history that might relevant to your practising Pilates.
We also ask that you book into a class that is appropriate to your level of Pilates experience, or to your general health and fitness. Newcomers to Pilates must attend BEGINNER classes. If you have any health issues, or medical concerns, you must contact us before booking into a group class. Where necessary we will require you to obtain medical approval before starting a Pilates class.
